Dr. Lisa L. Rayburn, Esq.Lisa Rayburn acts as outside general counsel to companies and organizations. In this capacity she provides legal counsel, tends to all legal needs of the company, and provides strategic input for the successful operation of the entity. Her practice areas include Corporate Law; Intellectual Property; Real Estate law; Employment law; Non-profit formation, management and compliance; forming and building start-up companies; and helping to form, brand, and expand food and beverage companies.Ms. Rayburn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine; a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, and a doctorate in Spiritual Renewal, Contemplative Practice, and Strategic Leadership from Claremont School of Theology.She combines her legal background with strategic leadership objectives. Trevor Loo, Esq. Of CounselTrevor Loo acts as outside general counsel to companies and organizations. His practice areas include corporate law and business litigation including corporate disputes, real estate, construction defect, design review and zoning advocacy, commercial disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, and homeowners association matters.Mr. Loo was admitted to the California Bar Association in 2002, and to the U.S. District Court Central District of California, in 2003. Having received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Business Administration, Management, Human Resources) in 1995, and spending the next four years in the banking industry, Trevor Loo went on to obtain his Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University, College of Law, in 2001, graduating class Valedictorian, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Loo is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, Orange County Bar Association, and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
